What launched?
HAQM Ads expanded AI image generation (beta) to HAQM DSP advertisers in the North America, India, France, Germany, Italy, Spain, and the UK. Advertisers can now use AI-generated images in their HAQM DSP ad campaigns at no additional cost.

Why is it important?
Image generator is a generative AI solution designed to remove creative barriers and enable brands to produce lifestyle imagery that can help improve their ads’ performance. Prior to this launch, HAQM DSP advertisers were required to produce their own lifestyle images. Now, advertisers can access Image generator using Responsive eCommerce Creative (REC), an ad experience under Component-based Creative (CBC). Upon entering the image generation experience, advertisers can select their HAQM product image or upload their own, control the look and feel of the output image by choosing themes, providing a text description or editing the position and scale of their product.
