For select Sellers eligible to advertise in sponsored ads, HAQM will apply a single promotional click amount to the Seller’s HAQM sponsored ads account per eligible marketplace, which can be redeemed for sponsored ads. Please refer to the eligibility information stated above to see the full offer amount available to you under this Promotion.
  2. Advertisers must create and launch their first Sponsored Products campaign with the setting of no end date (the “Qualifying Action”) within the Promotional Period (hereinafter defined) to be eligible to receive the click credit amount offered.
  3. Advertisers will be charged for any clicks received before the promotional clicks are applied and for all advertising that exceeds the promotional clicks amount. Advertisers can suspend or pause their ad(s) any time before the promotional clicks amount is exhausted if they do not wish to receive additional advertising charges. Advertisers are responsible for monitoring promotional clicks usage, as Advertisers will not be notified once the promotional clicks amount has been exhausted.
  4. Advertisers must complete the Qualifying Action prior to the date specified in their Offer Email (the “Promotional Period”) to be eligible for this Promotion. This Promotion will expire for the Advertiser at the end of the Promotional Period.
  5. Advertisers can redeem this Promotion once during the Promotional Period within their Eligible Marketplace.
  6. HAQM will apply the promotional click credits to the Advertiser’s account within 14 days of completing the Qualifying Action.

  1. HAQM Seller Services Private Limited ("HAQM", "we", "us" or "our") is pleased to invite you to participate in the HAQM promotion ("Promotion") on HAQM.in ("HAQM Site").
  2. The promotion will commence from 00:00:00 hrs. (IST) on December 1st 2024 ("Promotion Period") unless revoked by HAQM in its sole discretion without any prior notice.

Notwithstanding anything contained in these terms, HAQM shall in no event be liable for any special, direct, indirect, consequential or incidental damages (including but not limited to damages for loss of business profits, business interruption, loss of business information, and the like) arising out of these Terms, any documents referenced in these Terms, or any addenda or amendment hereto even if HAQM had been advised of the possibility of such damages.
  19. Any disputes arising out of and in connection with this promotion shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Bangalore only.
  20. Accelerate Program for New Advertisers: Under this program, the eligible seller is entitled to get 2-month free ad management service from HAQM Verified ad agency. The eligible seller will be entitled to free service for ads optimization & basic inputs on cataloguing only. The advertising spend on HAQM will be deducted from your account as always. The partner will provide the following services.
    21. Service pack under accelerate program
    1. Account Audit Report highlighting current campaign performance and improvement options
    2. Fortnightly Campaigns Optimization that includes target & bid changes
    3. Growth Plan for 2 months to improve ads performance
    4. Weekly Performance Reports
    5. Increase your brand reach using Sponsored Display, Sponsored Brand Video Campaigns
    6. 2 calls with account manager on fortnightly basis
    7. Leverage high traffic and get insights during HAQM Sale Events
    8. Get discounted rate cards from partners post 2 months of program
  21. In order to avail the service under Accelerate Program for New Advertisers, the seller will have to share the view and edit access of the ads account with the ad agency. This will allow the agency to review and make changes to your campaigns. This service can only be claimed within 2 weeks of receiving an e-mail or 1 week of receiving the agency call, whichever is later.
  22. Eligible seller under Accelerate program will be assigned an agency to render mentioned service. Seller cannot claim any monetary compensation in lieu of not utilizing the service. The program cannot be combined with any other offers.
  23. For Accelerate program, once the recharge amount as per the eligible criteria is made, an ad agency in the HAQM Ad Partner Network will be allocated. The partner will reach out on the registered contact number of the seller for onboarding procedure & service pack kick off
  24. HAQM doesn’t endorse any service provider or their services. Unless mentioned otherwise, the advertising recharge has to be done by the seller and service provider’s scope will be as defined in the service card.
  25. Definition of launch month: The launch month is the month in which the seller created the first ad campaign. For example, if the seller launches the first ad campaign on 10-Dec-2024, the launch month is Dec’24. L+2-month period is Dec’24, Jan’25 & Feb’25.
